1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products once sold and opened cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Only items that are delivered in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition are eligible for replacement.

  • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product to qualify for a return or exchange.

2. Conditions for Refund or Replacement

    • The product must remain unused, unopened, and in its original packaging for return approval.

    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all refund or replacement claims.

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will inform you whether your request has been approved or rejected.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method, or in the case of Cash on Delivery (COD), via bank transfer or replacement product.

  • Shipping and handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a wrong or defective item, we will replace it at no extra cost.

  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the product to our warehouse before sending a replacement.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or tampered products.

  • Products reported for return after 24 hours of delivery.

  • Items purchased on special discounts or promotional sales (unless defective).
