Products once sold and opened cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Only items that are delivered in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition are eligible for replacement.
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product to qualify for a return or exchange.
The product must remain unused, unopened, and in its original packaging for return approval.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all refund or replacement claims.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will inform you whether your request has been approved or rejected.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method, or in the case of Cash on Delivery (COD), via bank transfer or replacement product.
Shipping and handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
If you receive a wrong or defective item, we will replace it at no extra cost.
In some cases, we may ask you to return the product to our warehouse before sending a replacement.

Products reported for return after 24 hours of delivery.
